Resolution Time



So with Christmas a memory although less distant than I’d hoped for the time has come to make your latest New Year’s Resolution. I’ve been great in the past. For the last thirty years I’ve kept mine every year. On the 1st January 1984 I resolved not to eat carrots and have renewed that vow every year since and not once have I weakened or had my head turned by this insidious orange root. After all they are bloody horrible even in cake. This year though I need to make a few more challenging targets so here goes:
  1. Lose weight
  2. Ride at least 400km each week
  3. Do at least three turbo sessions each week
  4. Lose weight
  5. Stretch more
  6. Lose weight
As you can see one of those pre-occupies me more than the others and these are my feet – so wish me Bon Chance !
